Putri Sejinjang — Spa & Beauty Academy Management Website

Bilingual training academy website for a spa and beauty treatment school — course/training info, online application forms, booking, and separate admin, student, and VIP login portals.

The Problem

Putri Sejinjang Spa & Beauty Academy — which grew from a mobile/home spa service started in 2000 into a full training academy offering facial, body, spa, VIP, and postpartum treatment packages — needed a website that could handle course information, student applications, and bookings, plus give different types of users (prospective students, enrolled students, VIP clients, and admins) their own appropriate access, rather than a single generic contact-us site.

The Solution

I built the Putri Sejinjang website around the academy's actual structure: training program details, training duration/scheduling, services offered, and a publicity/gallery section, backed by a real application and booking system. Three separate login paths — Admin, Student, and VIP — mean each user type sees only what's relevant to them instead of one undifferentiated account system.

Key Features

Training program pages — dedicated sections for the academy's courses ("Latihan") and training duration/schedule ("Tempoh Latihan"), so prospective students know exactly what's offered and how long it takes.

Services overview — a "Perkhidmatan" section covering the academy's actual treatment offerings (facial, body, spa, VIP, and postpartum packages).

Online application system — a dedicated application form ("Borang") so prospective students can apply directly through the site.

Booking system — a scheduling/booking feature for appointments or training sessions.

Role-based logins — separate Admin, Student, and VIP portals, each with access appropriate to that role rather than one shared account type.

Publicity/gallery section — a "Publisiti" section showcasing the academy and its history to build credibility with prospective students.

Technical Highlights

The site is built entirely in the academy's own language (Malay) to match its actual customer and student base, with a role-based login structure (Admin / Student / VIP) so the same site serves three genuinely different user journeys — a prospective student applying, an enrolled student accessing their training info, and a VIP client managing bookings — without forcing all three through the same generic account flow.

Results

Putri Sejinjang Academy has a complete website matching its real business — training programs, service offerings, and its growth story — with functional online applications, bookings, and role-based access for admins, students, and VIP clients, replacing manual application and booking handling.

FAQ

Why does the site need three separate login types instead of one account system?
Admins, enrolled students, and VIP clients each need access to different information and features — an admin manages the academy's operations, a student needs training and schedule info, and a VIP client manages their own bookings — so separating these roles keeps each portal focused rather than one confusing shared dashboard.

What can a prospective student actually do on the site before enrolling?
Review the academy's training programs and duration, see the services and packages offered, view the publicity/gallery section for credibility, and submit an application directly through the online form.

What treatment packages does the academy actually offer, based on its own history?
Starting from facial treatments only, the academy expanded to body treatments, general spa treatments, VIP packages, and complete postpartum care packages for new mothers — reflecting real service growth since the business began in 2000.

Why build the site in Malay rather than English?
The site is built to match the academy's actual customer and student base's working language, so applicants and clients interact with the site in the language they're actually comfortable with rather than needing a translation layer.

Does the booking system handle both training sessions and treatment appointments?
Based on the site's structure, the booking system serves the academy's actual scheduling needs — send over more detail if you want me to be more specific about whether it's training-session booking, treatment-appointment booking, or both.
